Behavioral health benefit

AdventHealth Advantage Plans will partner with Magellan Behavioral Health (Magellan)* to provide mental health and substance abuse services for our Commercial Group and Medicare members.

Magellan is a leader in behavioral health care with services that help individuals and families to recover, improve their overall health, and achieve wellness. With a nationwide network of more than 70,000 providers, they connect members with the right care when it is needed most. Magellan provides care for both inpatient and outpatient services and also provides crisis intervention at any time day or night.

How to Find Providers

You can find providers on Magellan's website. Registration is not required to search for providers. To get started, simply enter Magellan's toll-free exclusive phone number for AdventHealth Advantage Plans members (800-424-4347) and follow the instructions. Then click "skip registration" when asked to create a user name and password.
